As a Data Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of data products for our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Owning and driving the product roadmap for various data marts and data products supporting internal and external data users.
• Managing and collaborating with various stakeholders to implement product enhancements that fulfill user and business requirements.
• Prioritizing users' requests and delivering high-quality Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with clear goals, scopes, user scenarios, analytics frameworks, and data logic to meet users' needs.
• Collaborating with other product teams, engineering teams, and project managers to drive feature releases while ensuring quality, speed, and sustainability.
• Promoting and driving usage of data marts/data products across regional and local data users through initiatives such as conducting sharing and training sessions, and creating and maintaining user guides.
• Serving as the data domain expert for your portfolio.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field preferred.
• Over 5 years of working experience in data mart/product design or e-commerce business intelligence/data analytics preferred.
• Experience in SQL and creating dashboards using BI tools preferred.
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, project management, product sense, communication, and writing skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.
• Energetic, positive attitude, and an effective team player.
