Main Responsibilities

Liaise with customers for movements of cargo

Receive delivery orders & storing instructions from customers

Perform entries in WMS and SAP

Liaise with forwarder for vessel schedule

Process all picking instruction and release to operation

Prepare labels for marking and re-branding of cargoes

Co-ordinate with Transport Department for transportation & shipping requirements

Arrange for fumigations and Inspection

Generate stuffing report

Send weekly / monthly reports to customers

Assign relevant charges in WMS

Any other task assign by the Manager

Know SAP, Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Willing to work overtime (if required)

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NITEC in any field.
