Responsible to defined work or projects with morderate complexity. Follow an individual work plan and meet day to day short term objectives. Has the ability to resolve issues through immediate action or short term planning. Develop and implement manufacturing processes, document process changes, drive process / fixture improvements, drive lead and cycle time improvement, cost reduction program and QHSE actions.
