Job Description:

• Lead daily operations and oversee the performance of the team to ensure seamless execution of tasks aligned with company standards and client requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies, procedures, and best practices that promote efficiency, quality, and safety in the workplace.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, maintenance, logistics, and supply chain to align objectives and deliverables.
• Manage resource allocation, ensuring optimal use of manpower and equipment to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans to maintain business continuity and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyse performance metrics and generate regular reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational processes, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration, professional growth, and adherence to company values.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies in all operational activities.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) or related industries.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholders at various levels.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
• Good understanding of operational best practices, quality management systems, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor performance and operational effectiveness.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively within a multicultural environment.
