Sales Representative is
a professional who promotes and sells a company's products or services to customers

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Customer Outreach:
Identifying new leads and maintaining relationships with existing clients through phone calls, emails, and, in some cases, in-person meetings.
Product Knowledge:
Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of products or services to highlight features and benefits.
Sales Process Management:
Handling the entire sales cycle, including negotiations, closing deals, and processing orders.
Reporting & CRM:
Updating CRM systems and providing regular,, sometimes weekly or monthly, sales reports to management.
