Job Description – Site Assistant Project Manager (ELV Systems)

Position: Site Assistant Project Manager
Location: Singapore
Industry: Construction / ELV Systems
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in managing daily site operations and project execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, and site progress.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Support site meetings and assist in resolving project-related issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ELV system projects.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Security Systems, and other ELV installations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in Singapore construction projects is preferred.

Preferred Experience for Both Roles:

• ELV Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA System, Security Systems, BMS).
• Building construction, commercial, industrial, or data center projects.
• Immediate or short-notice candidates preferred.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
