岗位职责

Job Description:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and team management
  • Ensure good customer service and handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Monitor food quality, inventory and control operational costs
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations
Requirements:
  • At least 2‑3 years of F&B restaurant management experience
  • Good English communication skills
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Possess good leadership and problem‑solving abilities
