Autohaus, a growing automotive service network specialising in vehicle maintenance, repairs, and tyre sales, is looking for a Procurement Executive / Parts Management Executive to join our central operations team in Wangsa Maju.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily purchasing and inventory control for automotive spare parts, lubricants, tires, and workshop supplies.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to support workshop operations.
• Coordinate with branch service teams to fulfil urgent parts requirements.
• Verify purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain proper stock records and support monthly stock take and reporting.
• Work closely with the accounts team to ensure supplier payments and credit terms are up to date.
• Support management in identifying new suppliers, cost-saving initiatives, and system improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive parts procurement, inventory, or store management.
• Strong knowledge of car parts, tires, and lubricants preferred.
• Good negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
• Computer-literate (Excel, inventory system, AutoCount or equivalent).
• Able to work independently and handle multiple branches’ stock flow.
