Job Overview
Our client is seeking a driven BD Manager to expand its client portfolio and strengthen long-term business relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic accounts, and delivering customized solutions in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth through proactive business development while working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth by identifying and developing new client opportunities across assigned markets.
Proactively source new business through networking, cold calling, lead generation, referrals, and other business development activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
Job Requirements:
At least 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
Demonstrated experience in hunting for new business through prospecting and cold calling is essential.
