Manage graduate admissions applications, including document screening, verification and processing.
Handle student record requests such as leave, withdrawal, programme changes and candidature extensions.
Maintain accurate applicant and student records and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes.
Conduct data accuracy checks on admissions, enrolment and migrated student records.
Respond to applicant and student enquiries and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth processing.
Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by management.
