Job Responsibilities

·       Hunt and secure new business opportunities in the Singapore market

·       Convert leads into sales revenue through strong prospecting and follow-ups

·       Develop sales strategies and business proposals to grow market share

·       Prepare market analysis and business plans to support growth initiatives

·       Achieve revenue targets and clearly defined sales KPIs

·       Work closely with internal teams to execute growth plans

·       Attend networking and industry events to generate new leads

·       Track sales activities and performance, and provide clear reports and proposals to management

·       Maintain accurate CRM updates for all leads, enquiries, and quotations

·       Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with the team

Job Requirements

·       Minimum ITE / Diploma in Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent)

·       Hunter mindset – highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented

·       Strong interest in new business development and sales

·       Willing to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-moving environment

·       Good communication and presentation skills

·       Experience in B2B sales is an advantage but not mandatory
