岗位职责

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
  • Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, sales presentations, and other commercial documents.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and other commercial conditions with customers.
Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in sales, business development, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good customer relationship management and business development abilities.
  • Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
