Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer role based in Singapore. The Project Engineer will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunications and ICT projects, ensuring that technical requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, preparing project documentation, managing schedules and resources, and monitoring progress against milestones. The role involves supporting installation, testing, and commissioning activities; troubleshooting technical issues; and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and client specifications. The Project Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and support proposals and technical assessments for new projects.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with experience in telecom or ICT systems and infrastructure.
• Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to manage timelines, resources, budgets, and risk across multiple projects.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients, and to produce clear technical documentation.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field are preferred.
• Experience in mobile networks (e.g., 4G/5G), base station maintenance, or ICT solutions (CCTV, smart locks, fleet management) is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards, and to work safely on-site and in field environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
