Education :
Diploma and/or SPM with 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure in Shipping / Logistics / Inventory.

Working experience:
Preferably with 2-3 years of related experience Inventory system knowledge.
Able to drive forklift

Specific Duties:

1. Administer and ensure Inventory & Logistics plan as prepared by Head of Shipping Department is fully implemented.
2. Ensure smooth operation in receiving store by developing procedures to receive and arranggement the storage of goods , coordinating and organizing.
3. Assures accuracy of orders by developing and utilizing procedures for monitoring the condition and quantity of items in each individual order during receiving and issuing and processing of daily and monthly inventory report.
4. Assures that the most up-to-date information by maintainning and updating invoice and goods receiving information on both the SAP & SMS ( Store Management System ) and the point of issuing.
5. Contributes to a safe and secure Store operation by assissting with company security and maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the storeroom,
6. Ensures that high level of inventory control is maintained by processing and fulfill daily receiving and issuing requirement are handled in an efficient and timely manner.
7. Ensure all stock allocated location are maintained and up to date. Monitor and control the store layout plan from time to time.
8. Prepare relevant monthly / weekly / daily report accordingly.
9. To take responsibility of leadership for the implementation, promotion, training and meeting all applicable regulatory requirements for QMS, EMS and OSHA as per designated in organization chart.
10. Other tasks assigned by Superior from time to time.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
