Position: Quantity Surveyor

Vacancy: 1 position

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review project cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans

• Prepare quantity take-offs, quotations, tender documents, and cost comparisons

• Monitor project costs, variations, progress claims, and overall expenditure

• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations

• Assist with contract administration, procurement, and cost control

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial and contractual matters

• Ensure proper documentation and accurate records of project costs and contracts

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field

• Relevant experience in the construction industry will be an advantage

• Good knowledge of construction costs, contracts, measurement, and cost control

• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently

• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
