Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the introduction of new products into manufacturing, ensuring adherence to project timeliness and objectives.
- To leads and train engineers in manufacturing processing, customer drawings and specifications, tooling and gaging approval and quality requirements
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring efficiency, quality and scalability.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges in the NPI process.
- Collaborate with the quality team to establish quality standards for new products and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop documentation to support production (work instructions, flow charts, procedures, routings, product labels.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in the NPI process and implement appropriate changes.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary materials and components for new product manufacturing.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time by Management and Superior
Job Requirement
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical degree
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Able to work independently on identifying, planning, executing, reviewing and driving projects and delivering the intended results that aligning with the Company’s growth direction.

Pay: RM2,325.22 - RM7,669.29 per month
