Job Summary

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities to ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and production capacity while achieving customer delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure raw materials, packaging materials, and other production requirements are available on time.
• Monitor production capacity, machine availability, manpower, and production constraints to ensure production schedules are achievable.
• Track actual production against planned schedules and follow up on production delays, outstanding orders, and variances.
• Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventory to maintain optimum stock levels and minimize shortages or excess inventory.
• Work closely with internal departmemt to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery.
• Prioritize production orders according to customer requirements and coordinate with relevant departments to achieve on-time delivery.
• Prepare and analyze production reports covering production achievement, schedule adherence, material shortages, capacity utilization, and production backlog.
• Identify production bottlenecks and planning inefficiencies and recommend improvements to production scheduling, resource utilization, inventory control, and overall operational efficiency.

Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Production Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in production planning or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, MRP, inventory management, and scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
