Job Scope:
Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
Follow up with potential clients and arrange appointments for the manager
Provide basic information according to the provided script
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and appointment schedules
Update daily activity reports and provide feedback on call outcomes
Assist with general telemarketing and customer engagement activities
Work in a comfortable office environment with guidance and support provided
What We Provide:
Call scripts and training will be provided
No prior experience required; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Flexible working hours
Attractive pay from $15 per hour
Requirements:
Local Diploma, Full GCE ‘A’ Level, or above preferred
Good communication skills and a confident telephone manner
Comfortable speaking with different types of people
Responsible, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions
