Job Description

• Position Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician
• Working Location: Tampines
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Medical & Dental benefits
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Replace light tubes, bulbs, and related lighting components to ensure proper operation.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures to identify and address potential safety or operational issues.
• Monitor equipment status through the relevant system platform and respond promptly to offline devices, alerts, or faults.
• Perform basic equipment adjustments, troubleshooting, and replacement of defective components where required.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections, including photographic documentation where applicable.
• Keep work areas safe, organised, and tidy, and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist the supervisor in monitoring contractors' installation progress and conducting site inspections.
• Support troubleshooting and follow-up of installation-related issues with relevant contractors and team members.
• Carry out other maintenance and operational duties reasonably assigned by the supervisor or management.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned.

• Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in lighting, electrical, facilities, building services, or equipment maintenance will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, lighting equipment, and maintenance practices.
• Comfortable using digital platforms or mobile applications for equipment monitoring and maintenance records.
• Willingness to work at different project or site locations as required by business operations.
