Production Management & Oversight: Lead the production team to ensure daily output and delivery targets are met according to the production schedule.

Quality Control & Compliance: Supervise production processes to ensure full compliance with SFA (Singapore Food Agency) regulations and internal food safety standards. Conduct first-article inspections and monitor yield rates.

Team Leadership & Development: Organise staff shift schedules, conduct on-the-job training for new hires, and upskill existing team members to improve operational proficiency.

Process Improvement: Identify production bottlenecks and implement lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills and basic proficiency in MS Office.
