Job Summary

To conduct internal audits, and compliance reviews, for the Group. The position ensures effective mill operations, including financial transactions, sustainability compliance, contractor project claims, FFB quality monitoring, risk analysis and etc.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan, perform, and report internal audits for mills according to the annual audit plan. 

• Prepare detailed audit reports for each mill, with findings, and preventive action plans.  

• Present findings to Mill Managers, Internal Audit Manager and Company’s management. 

• Support certification audits through verify compliance to relevant standards. 

• Review operation adherence to statutory regulations (Labour Law, JPJ regulations, etc). 

• Continuous improvement through proposing enhancements or developing SOPs, reporting systems, and documentation flow. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3–4 years’ internal audit experience, preferably in palm oil milling, or manufacturing.  

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words for reporting and analysis. 

• Capable of working independently and travelling regularly within Malaysia. 

• Able to interpret contract, Bill of Quantities and project progress documentation, is advantage. 

• Willing to travel to Sarawak and Pahang as required. 

• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to liaise with diverse clients, suppliers, or associates.
