Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Robot Automation system including setup, troubleshooting,
preventive maintenance and spare parts arrangement.
- Oversee all aspects of an injection molding process, including the set-up,
operation, maintenance and repair of injection molding equipment.
- To prepare and produce injection-molded components to specification and
ensure the quality.
- To perform daily process documentation that can be used for Quality Control,
traceability and ensure reproducibility.
- To prepare and update PFMEA , Control Plan , Setup Instruction and Work
Instruction to ensure quality system under control and compliance.
- Coordinate with the team when issues discovered in the production, process
or products that don’t meet specific standards or machine failure.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Maintain good documentation practices.
- Perform Kaizen improvement activities for process and maintenance issues.
- Ensure the requirements of Quality Management System (IATF 16949),
Environment Management System (ISO 14001) & Safety Management System
(ISO 45001) are well complied.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, preferably in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical,
Manufacturing, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years industrial manufacturing experience with Plastic
Molding/Automation background
- Knowledge of the automotive industry will be an added advantage
- Able to write technical reports, prepare and make effective presentations
- Have good knowledge in IATF core tools
- Good communication and people skills will be added advantage
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
