About the Role

We are looking for a Mandarin Platform Experience Executive to join a global project and support users through digital communication channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who have experience in customer service, online platforms, or digital services and are looking to take the next step in their career — all while enjoying the flexibility of a 100% Work From Home arrangement.

You will work closely with users to provide professional support, resolve enquiries, and deliver a smooth overall platform experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to users through live chat, email, and other digital communication channels.
• Respond to enquiries in Mandarin and provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Assist users with account, service, and platform-related enquiries.
• Identify issues, troubleshoot basic concerns, and escalate complex cases when required.
• Follow up on outstanding cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of user interactions and case details.
• Follow established processes and service standards to maintain a high-quality user experience.
• Stay updated on platform features, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Good English communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Platform Support, or a related field.
• Experience supporting digital platforms or online services is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple online systems.
• Able to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enquiries.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.
