Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated
Accounts Executive
to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, including AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and full-set accounts to support month-end closing, payroll, and GST compliance, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.
Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
Handle full-set accounts, including preparation of Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets
Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable (AP/AR), including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end closing, including financial reporting
Ensure compliance with GST, CPF submissions, and payroll processing
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
Assist with audit and tax preparation
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies
Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, ERP) and Microsoft 365
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
