Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Sketchup , Autodesk 3ds Max and V-Ray for high-quality 3D modelling and rendering.
• Adobe Photoshop for post-production and image enhancement.
• Knowledge of rendering workflows, lighting, material mapping, and visual composition.
• Experience in presentation design / graphic design is an advantage.
• Ability to produce presentation-quality still renders and visualizations within project timelines.
• To assist Project Team in space planning and construction drawing.
• To develop design initiative set by Project Team.
• To adhere to design presentation / project schedule.
• To be responsible in all design matters and project documentation.
• To communicate and follow up with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• To perform site inspection and site coordination as and when required.

Requirements

• Relevant interior design qualification.
• Min 2 to 5 years relevant working experience in Commercial Interior Fitout Projects, particularly corporate offices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD / Microsoft Office Excel / Words.
• Proficient in 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop and Powerpoint presentation.
• Mature, independent, good working attitude, team player, good organizational and communication skills and attention to fine details.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
