Position: Operations Executive

Job Description

The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating daily operational activities, monitoring workflow performance, and ensuring that business processes are completed efficiently and accurately. The role involves working closely with internal teams to maintain smooth operations, monitor key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate daily operational workflows to ensure activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor operational performance and key performance indicators to ensure service standards are achieved.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and maintain smooth business processes.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.
• Monitor work processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Follow up on operational matters, delays, and discrepancies to ensure timely resolution.
• Support management with daily operational activities, reporting, and process-improvement initiatives.

Preferred skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in operations, logistics, administration, or a similar role is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with different teams in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,300.00 per month
