**Project Coordinator**

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects through effective planning, communication, and coordination.

• Clearly outline and define project objectives.
• Actively participate in project meetings and propose necessary adjustments.
• Set and manage project budgets while implementing cost-saving measures.
• Monitor project progress and quality consistently to ensure standards are met.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to refine project objectives.
• Negotiate effectively with contractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with all project team members to ensure workflows stay on schedule.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.
• Requirements: **
• Must hold a valid driving license.
• Willingness to be assigned on -site at night
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with AutoCAD drawing.
• Basic presentation skills.
• Knowledge of material purchases.
