Restaurant Manager

Salary: SGD $4,500– $5,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In person
Working Hours: 48 hours per week
Off Days: 2 days per week

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations and team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent operational knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant management and service team.
• Ensure all staff follow company SOP’s, policies, hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, performance and manpower planning.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor daily sales, costs, inventory and operational performance.
• Drive sales and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
• Manage beverage operations and support the development of sales strategies.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure proper cash and operational controls.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Plan and execute private events, promotions and special functions.
• Prepare and review monthly management reports and operational performance.
• Work closely with the management team on budgeting, cost control and business development.
• Take ownership of the restaurant’s overall performance and represent the company’s standards and values.
• Coach and mentor team members to build a strong, professional and positive working culture.
