Job Summary

We are seeking a Livestream Backend Support specialist to assist with TikTok and Shopee livestream operations by managing live viewer enquiries, providing product and promotion information, and ensuring smooth livestream execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide backend technical and operational support during TikTok and Shopee livestreams to ensure seamless broadcast
• Monitor live viewer enquiries and comments actively and respond promptly to maintain engagement
• Reply accurately and quickly to customer enquiries via Telegram to support sales and service
• Assist livestream hosts by providing detailed product information, promotion details, and order-related answers during live sessions
• Manage multiple enquiries simultaneously during peak livestream periods with responsiveness and composure

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Film short-form videos for social media platforms to support content creation
• Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media channels to enhance livestream promotion
• Stay updated on social media content trends to contribute creative ideas and improve livestream engagement
