Job Description

SEPPURE Pte Ltd is looking fora motivated and detail-oriented ProcessEngineer to join its Engineering &Product team in Singapore. In this role,you will contribute to the development of membrane technologies for organicsolvent nanofiltration applications. You will work closely with scientist andengineer to develop state of the art technology to solve energy and solventrecycling challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

• Support the development and optimization of membrane products for industrial filtration and separation applications.
• Lab scale experiments to evaluate membrane performance, durability, and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale membrane technologies from laboratory to pilot and commercial deployment.

Engineering Solution Package & Proposal

• Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), O&M procedures, and test plans.
• Prepare system and process requirement into RFQ for tendering, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and commissioning of membrane filtration systems for technology validation, customer demonstrations (On-site piloting) and full-scale implementation.
• Monitoring process performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement process improvements.
• Work closely with various stakeholders to prepare technical reports, presentation and proposal for customers.
• Ability to lead on project management and work closely with equipment fabricators.

Qualifications

Must have:

1.     B.Sc in chemical,environmental engineering or related fields

2.     0–3 years ofrelevant experience in process engineering, membrane technology, watertreatment, chemical processing, or product development.

3.     Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills

4.     Ability to workindependently and as a team

5.     Hand-on person andcomfortable working in both laboratory and industrial environments.

6.     Willingness totravel for on-site customer support and field commissioning activities.

7.     Fresh graduate isencouraged to apply for junior position.
