Job Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email and phone calls.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when necessary.
• Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting service standards.
• Perform general administrative and customer support duties.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
