Position: Site Manager
Location: Solaris Mont’ Kiara, KL

Responsibilities:

– Oversee and manage daily construction site activities to ensure projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

– Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project progress.

– Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards.

– Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and relevant authorities on project matters.

– Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports for management.

– Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.

– Identify and resolve site issues, technical challenges, and construction-related problems promptly.

– Ensure proper documentation, site records, inspection reports, and project correspondence are maintained.

– Perform other project-related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.

– Minimum 5-10 years of site management experience in the construction industry.

– Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, quality control, and safety regulations.

– Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

– Willing to be based on project sites and travel as required.

– Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM 10k- RM13k
EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Working Days: Monday – Saturday / Alternate Sunday (8am – 5pm)
