Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.
Assign and monitor daily maintenance tasks for supervisors and work teams.
Approve spare parts procurement and coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for technical support.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and security standards.
Maintain operational readiness of tools, equipment, workshop facilities, and housekeeping.
Conduct root cause analysis of major equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Prepare breakdown and critical problem reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.
At least 5 years of relevant industry experience and 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, project management, PLCs, and Root Cause Analysis.
Experience in electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems preferred.
Valid Class 3 driving license or higher.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and report writing.
