Job Responsibilities

• Manage and administer construction contracts from award to completion.
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts, subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and related documentation.
• Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, timelines, and compliance.
• Prepare and submit Progress Claims, Variation Orders (VO), Extension of Time (EOT), and other contractual submissions.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor claims, quotations, and supporting documents.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams on contractual matters.
• Monitor project costs, contract values, variations, and potential claims.
• Assist in preparing claims, notices, contractual letters, and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper records of contracts, correspondence, claims, variations, and other commercial documents.
• Identify contractual risks and highlight potential issues to management.
• Support the Project Manager and management in resolving contractual and commercial issues.
• Ensure all contractual documentation is properly filed, updated, and easily traceable.
• Perform other contract and commercial duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction contract administration.
• Experience in progress claims, VO, EOT, subcontractor claims and contract documentation is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial procedures.
• Strong negotiation, communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
