TopBest Resources Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a responsible and technically skilled Computer Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops and other IT equipment
• Install and configure operating systems, software and drivers
• Perform hardware upgrades, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Set up printers, networks and other IT devices
• Provide onsite and remote technical support
• Record completed jobs and maintain proper service documentation
• Assist with IT asset testing, grading and inventory work
• Experience in parts swapping and refurbished
• Basic Knowledge in Networking and Troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Certificate, Diploma or relevant experience in IT/Computer Engineering
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking
• Able to troubleshoot independently
• Responsible, disciplined and willing to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Possess a valid driving licence
• Willing to travel for onsite assignments when required (Compulsory Requirement)
