Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify sales leads through outreach, referrals, networking, events, and partnerships.

• Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand clients’ business and technology requirements.

• Recommend suitable IT services, software solutions, digital platforms, and technology solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, corporate clients, business owners, and decision-makers.

• Identify relevant government and private-sector tender opportunities.

• Prepare and submit tender documents, proposals, quotations, presentations, and supporting requirements.

• Coordinate with technical, project, and management teams to prepare accurate and competitive proposals.

• Ensure all tender submissions are complete, compliant, and submitted within the required deadlines.

• Follow up on leads, proposals, quotations, tenders, and ongoing sales opportunities.

• Prepare regular sales activity, pipeline, and performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, technology, digital services, or consulting is preferred.

• Candidates without direct experience are welcome if they are passionate about sales and willing to learn.

• Experience with tenders, proposals, or quotations is an advantage.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented, organised, proactive, and able to manage follow-ups independently.

• Comfortable communicating with business owners, senior stakeholders, and decision-makers.
