Day to day kitchen operations
Sauteing, frying and grilling
Making pizza dough from scratch
Make sauces and hot/cold dishes
Maintaining the kitchen housekeeping
Food hygiene and kitchen safety
Mise en place and mise en scene
Ensuring food quality and standards
Working hours and Benefits
5 days & 50hrs work week
