Position : PAYROLL ACCOUNT (Full Set Account)

Location: Taman Pelangi,Johor Bahru

Salary : RM3,800 – RM5,000++

Working Time : Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities :

• Manage daily accounting functions including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation.
• Assist with month-end closing and preparation of relevant accounting reports.
• Handle SST-related matters and assist with E-Invoice processes.
• Prepare monthly payroll and attendance summaries for both local and foreign employees.
• Handle statutory matters including EPF, SOCSO and EIS submissions.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete and properly maintained.
• Monitor payment-related matters and assist with payment processing when required.
• Ensure all accounting and administrative tasks are completed accurately and within the required timeline.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with experience handling a complete set of accounts.
• Experience in SST, payroll and statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO and EIS.
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Good time management and able to meet deadlines.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
• Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)
