Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized Admin & HR Executive to manage administrative support, assist HR functions, support recruitment and onboarding, and provide basic sales and business development assistance to drive team effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative and office support tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation accurately
• Coordinate recruitment activities and communicate effectively with candidates
• Assist with onboarding processes and other employee-related matters to support HR functions
• Prepare documents, reports, quotations, and other administrative materials with attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with clients, candidates, and team members to facilitate collaboration
• Follow up with clients and provide basic sales support to contribute to business growth
• Support business development activities as needed to assist the team
• Perform additional administrative and HR duties to meet organizational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
• Previous experience in HR and/or Administration roles
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to collaborate well within a team
