Role Description This full-time Business Development Executive role is a hybrid position based in WP Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline through research, networking, and outreach activities. The Business Development Executive will conduct client meetings, present advisory services, prepare proposals, and support contract negotiations. Day-to-day responsibilities also include managing and nurturing existing accounts, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. The role requires consistent follow-up, performance tracking, and contribution to business development strategies to drive growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
