**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to oversee operations at our new retail outlet. This role combines in-store management, customer service excellence, basic accounting knowledge and integrated marketing responsibilities across digital and physical channels. The successful candidate will represent our brand at events and through social media content.



**Job Description**

• Manage daily retail operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, accounts and ensuring exceptional customer service standards

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing online platforms, offline initiatives, and social media campaigns

• Represent the company at promotional events, trade shows, and community activities to enhance brand visibility

• Create and feature in social media video content to engage audiences and drive customer acquisition



**Job Requirements**

• Min 1year of proven experience in retail management and sales with demonstrated leadership capabilities

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage diverse customers

• Comfortable appearing on camera for promotional videos and social media content
