Job Summary

Support Quantity Surveyor with project costing, quantity take-offs, and contract documentation to ensure accurate financial management and smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist Quantity Surveyor in performing daily quantity surveying tasks to support accurate project costing
• Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements to provide precise data for project estimates
• Prepare quotations, tender submissions, and contract documents to facilitate procurement and project agreements
• Support the preparation and processing of progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts to ensure timely payments
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate project requirements and resolve issues
• Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation and records for audit and reference purposes
• Participate in site meetings to gather project updates and contribute to progress discussions
• Follow training and guidance provided by senior Quantity Surveyors to develop professional skills
• Perform additional duties assigned by management or Quantity Surveyor to support project needs
