Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior accounting role.
Experience in the manufacturing, chemical, engineering, or industrial sector is preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, taxation, audit, and internal controls.
Good understanding of Singapore accounting standards, GST requirements, corporate tax, and statutory reporting obligations.
Experience in preparing monthly management accounts, financial analysis, forecasts, and cash-flow projections.
Proficient in ERP or accounting systems and Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookup formulas, and financial data analysis.
Experience in inventory costing, fixed-asset accounting, product costing, and manufacturing cost analysis is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Able to manage multiple deadlines and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Able to supervise and guide finance team members and work effectively with internal departments, auditors, banks, tax agents, and other external parties.

Assist the Finance Manager in overseeing the company’s daily finance and accounting operations.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
