Job Summary
Coordinate and manage semiconductor project activities to ensure timely delivery, cross-functional alignment, and high customer satisfaction through effective communication, documentation, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure program milestones and schedules are met
- Serve as the primary customer interface to provide project updates, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships
- Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to align project requirements and milestones
- Review and manage Bill of Materials (BOM), material status, engineering documentation, and change requests to support production readiness
- Coordinate machining, fabrication, mechanical assembly, testing, and delivery activities to meet project timelines
- Track project milestones, risks, and action items; follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate procurement, material planning, and logistics to support project schedules and customer deliveries
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, project reports, dashboards, and customer-facing materials
- Organize project meetings including agenda preparation, minute-taking, action tracking, and follow-up
- Support customer audits, site visits, compliance documentation, and audit preparation activities
- Communicate project status, meeting outcomes, and key decisions promptly to all stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project records and update ERP/MRP systems as applicable
- Support quotation, costing, and project documentation as needed
- Drive effective cross-functional communication to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, production planning, or customer project management in semiconductor, precision engineering, gas delivery, or high-tech manufacturing environments
- Experience managing BOMs, engineering documentation, project scheduling, and customer coordination
- Familiarity with project-based or engineer-to-order (ETO) manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of customer projects, product structures, and project execution in semiconductor or precision engineering
- Understanding of machining, fabrication, and mechanical assembly processes
- Background knowledge of gas delivery systems including gas boxes, panels, VMBs, gas lines, fittings, regulators, and high-purity gas components
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and assembly documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Strong skills in presentation, reporting, and meeting management
- Familiarity with logistics coordination and shipment documentation
- Experience supporting customer audits and compliance activities
- Resourceful and independent with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across organizational levels
- Willingness to work at Changi North Crescent, Singapore
