Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Perai. The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling specialty coffee beans, training services, consultation packages, and coffee equipment to new and existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and prospecting leads, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, and maintaining strong relationships with cafés, corporate clients, and other business partners. The role also involves handling inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge or interest in specialty coffee, café operations, and coffee equipment, with willingness to learn product details and industry trends.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English and relevant local languages, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Basic business, marketing, or account management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in Perai, travel to customer locations when needed, and collaborate with operations and training teams.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, follow up on leads, and manage documentation and quotations.
• Previous experience in sales, F&B, or coffee-related businesses is an advantage, but motivated candidates with comparable experience are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
