What you'll be doing

• Responding to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner
• Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
• Resolving customer issues and concerns by offering tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and making recommendations to management
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive support to customers
• Adhering to established policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain the company's high standards of service

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive, customer-centric culture
• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is highly desirable
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for problem-solving

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
