Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, high-performing enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, React JS, Microservices, Application Security, Docker, OpenShift/AWS Kubernetes, and cloud-native architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications.
• Design and architect microservices-based solutions using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
• Architect scalable and maintainable front-end solutions using React JS.
• Design and implement containerized applications using Docker.
• Architect and deploy solutions on OpenShift / AWS Kubernetes.
• Implement Redis caching and performance optimization strategies.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and compliance across solutions.
• Define and enforce architecture and design principles.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, security, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.

Must-Have Skills

• 12–18 years of overall IT experience, with strong Solution/Technical Architecture experience.
• Strong experience in Full Stack Architecture and enterprise application design.
