Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage M&E works for construction projects, mainly A&A projects.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, suppliers and other subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specifications and project requirements to ensure works are carried out properly.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship and project quality.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve technical and site issues.
• Prepare and follow up on submissions, shop drawings, method statements and other project documentation.
• Ensure works are completed according to project schedule and requirements.
• Assist the Project Manager in the overall planning, coordination and execution of projects.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Relevant experience in Fire Protection, ACMV or M&E subcontracting will be considered.
• Candidates with P&S experience are welcome, but P&S experience is not mandatory.
• Construction / A&A project experience is an advantage.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
