We are seeking a Factory Supervisor to manage daily operations at our woodwork and furniture production facility.

Responsibilities

• Plan production schedules and assign work to carpenters and production staff.

• Supervise fabrication, assembly, finishing and packing to meet quality and delivery requirements.

• Review drawings, measurements and material requirements before production begins.

• Monitor work progress, resolve production issues and coordinate with purchasing, delivery and installation teams.

• Check completed work for quality, accuracy and readiness for delivery.

• Maintain a safe, orderly workplace and oversee proper use of machinery and materials.

• Train and guide workers, and report production progress to management.

Requirements

• Experience supervising woodwork, carpentry, furniture or interior fit-out production.

• Able to read technical drawings and understand production methods and materials.

• Strong planning, quality control and team management skills.

• Able to communicate clearly with workers and other departments.

• Willing to work at the factory and respond to production deadlines.
