Job Summary

Assist customers by taking accurate orders, processing payments, and promoting menu items. Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service, maintain cleanliness, and support daily restaurant operations while handling customer feedback professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by accurately taking orders and responding to menu inquiries to support informed choices
• Process customer payments efficiently and securely when required
• Promote food, beverages, special offers, and promotional items to enhance sales
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to create a positive dining experience
• Serve food and beverages accurately and ensure correct order delivery to customers
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to track order preparation and ensure timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and organize dining and service areas to meet hygiene standards
• Replenish food, beverage, packaging, and other supplies promptly to avoid shortages
• Assist with opening and closing duties to prepare and secure the restaurant
• Handle customer feedback by listening actively and escalating complaints to supervisors or managers as needed
• Support daily restaurant operations by performing assigned tasks to maintain smooth workflow
